Davin has accumulated a breadth of experience over 20 years in private legal practice with leading law firms in both Australia and internationally (London and New York) as well as in-house experience with leading investment banks and fintech businesses. Davin's approach to legal issues is also informed by almost a decade of owning and operating businesses (including financial services businesses) and board-level experience. Davin applies his extensive legal knowledge in an appropriately commercial and pragmatic manner, providing solutions in a way that recognises the underlying legal risks and deals with them appropriately.
